Delivery Information

Tortoise Delivery

We use High Flyers UK for our tortoise delivery. They are a professional animal courier.

They will be delivering every week to any postcode in England and Wales and most postcodes in Scotland. We will need your order before 12pm the Monday before the Wednesday/Thursday. They will call you the day before with a 2 hour delivery time slot. They charge £50 delivery which will be added to your total when you checkout.

They will also be delivering to the Scottish Highlands, however only once a month.  If you would like a tortoise delivered to the Scottish Highlands, please call us and we can let you know what the next delivery date will be. They charge £50 delivery which we will add to your total when you checkout.

Please see map of estimated tortoise delivery days, this is subject to change depending on how busy our courier is. They will call you the day before with a time slot for your delivery. Purple is for Wednesday delivery and Green is for Thursday delivery, Scotland could be moved to Thursday. Our courier do ask that you are flexible on delivery days and times to account for changes and delays. 

Our courier do not deliver to specific address on the Isle of Wight, they will put the tortoise and other items on the hovercraft and you will have to collect them from the port. Our courier will call you with a time slot and you MUST answer the phone to confirm or they cannot send the delivery.

Delivery Information for Other Items

Deliveries are made by Parcel Force on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We do not delivery weekends.

You will receive next working day delivery on any order made before 12pm the previous day, orders received after 12pm will arrive the day after that.

We do not deliver to Ireland and some parts of Scotland. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Tortoise collection

We are open normal hours for collection. Please bring photo ID to match the order. Our opening times do vary on Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter. So please call us before coming to our shop.
